Highlight:
A surpise from Mum, waiting at the Huntly train station. We then drive to the power station to my Te Araroa connection point, avoilding unnessarcy admin/logistic extra km.
Mum pointed out her Granny's house on route and, walked me out the first kms.
Challenge:
Cow's following and leading me. I tried not to disturb them, however with conjoining paddocks with open gates once moving they travelled 90% of the fenced area...
Learning:
Clean water is vaulable...I should of cleaned my water bottle!
Also how nice is it to be out of regular day to day mode. Open to new, expected things, people and conversations
